Your home based business or MLM needs your smile “always.”

Hello folks!  The fact that I’ve worked over the phone for almost half my life, as I share I’m 61, I feel I can give you a bit of advice.  Remember to “smile” always  when sharing your business. It’s easy to forget that who you are speaking with over the phone, can really sense much about you by hearing your smile in your voice.  So, even if your day hasn’t gone especially well, you need to give your best when talking to a prospect over the phone. We sometimes don’t realize how much the words we use, whether over the phone or in person, really effect the outcome of our conversation. If you are a mother or father and you are reading this, I’m sure you will understand what I’m about to say. How many times have you been on the phone talking to your children and you out of the blue say, “what’s the matter?” You as a mother or father are very in tune to your children’s emotions, even if they think they are hiding them while speaking to you over the phone. I’ve used this as an example to make  you realize your “smile” is important in the outcome of your conversation.  The “love” you project from your heart, radiates outs from  your voice and even  your body language! So, my fellow MLM or home business partners, thanks for taking a bit of advice, and a little reminder today.  Check out  God Bless! Kathy
